- SMART SENSOR Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge adopts ultrasonic measurement principle, and is controlled by micro processor, providing fast and precise thickness measurement for most industrial materials.
- Widely used in various precision measurements for various hardware/parts in the industrial world; one of its important applications is to monitor the thickness reduction rate during the operation of various containers and pressures. Applications in manufacturing, metal processing, and commercial inspection.
- Suitable for measuring materials that are good ultrasonic conductors such as metals, plastics, ceramics, glass etc.
- As long as the measured part is in two parallel surfaces for thickness measurement.
- This unit is not suitable for cast iron due to its large crystalloid composition.
