This Milliohm Meter lets the user quickly check contact resistance in critical electrical connections, test windings that are open or short in motors, generators and transformers, wire-to-wire connection resistances and heating elements testing. Includes an extra large set of Kelvin Clamps, standard kelvin clips and 4 wire test lead set.
