Lutron AM-4206 Anemometer is a versatile device designed for measuring air flow, air velocity, and air temperature with precision and convenience. It offers various units for air flow (CMM and CFM) and air velocity (m/s, ft/min, km/h, knots), as well as temperature readings in Celsius and Fahrenheit. With three modes for air flow measurement (Instant, 2/3 Vmax, Average), it caters to different operational needs. Its low-friction ball vane wheels ensure accuracy even at extreme velocities.
Featuring a large LCD with dual display, it allows easy monitoring of readings, including maximum and minimum records with recall function. The microcomputer circuit enhances accuracy and enables special functions, while also facilitating auto shut-off to conserve battery life. Equipped with a thermistor sensor, it provides fast temperature measurements, and its built-in low battery indicator ensures uninterrupted operation.
Powered by a 9V battery, Lutron AM-4206 includes an RS 232 PC serial interface for data transfer and analysis. Its separate probe design enhances versatility in various measurement environments. Constructed with durable ABS-plastic housing, it ensures longevity and reliability. Applications range from checking air conditioning and heating systems to measuring air velocities, wind speeds, and temperature in diverse settings.
