Lutron ET-3000 Earth Resistance Tester features measurement ranges of 19.99, 199.9, and 1999 ohms for earth resistance, along with a voltage range of 0 to 199.9 volts. It operates on six 1.5V UM3 (AA) batteries and has dimensions of 160 x 120 x 85 mm.
