Lutron MS-7003 Moisture Meter measures moisture content of wood, concrete and other materials.
Measuring the moisture content of concrete and cement  is very important because the amount of moisture will affect the paint. The moisture meter for concrete and cement uses the principle of measuring the flow of moisture vapor through the concrete surface. Normally, concrete has many pores to allow for water absorption or permeability.
The MS-7003 display bar is LED type with LCD display screen.
